The Indiana Legislature is seeking college students and graduates alike to become interns for the coming Legislative session. Among those seeking interns are two area representatives — Patoka’s Matt Hostettler, and Jasonville’s Bruce Borders.
The program is available for anyone from college sophomores to college graduates and grad school students. The interns will work throughout the Legislative session, and be paid $800 every two weeks. Other benefits include free parking, professional and career development help, and possible academic credits. Various internships are available in a number of fields.
More information is available through the Indiana House Republicans’ Website. The application deadline is October 31st.
