IHSAA Boys’ sectionals start tonight, with two Knox County teams in action.
The 4-18 Rivet Patriots head into Jack Butcher Arena tonight to face the 16-7 Loogootee Lions in the 1-A Loogootee Sectional. Tip off tonight is at 6:30; you can hear the game on 97.7 and 97.3, WAOV.
The 16-7 South Knox Spartans face a tough task, as they face the 17-7 Sullivan Golden Arrows at the 2-A North Knox Sectional. That tip is set for 6:30; that game is on 105.7, WUZR. Tonight’s winners move into Game 1 of their respective sectional semifinals on Friday.
Both North Knox and Vincennes Lincoln play Wednesday. The 5-19 Alices face 13-9 Princeton, while the 4-19 Warriors take on 6-15 Mitchell.
