Two more Vincennes large item collections will be held again next month at Republic Services’ location on Second Street.
The next large item collection days will be on two Saturday’s October seventh and 14th.. The collection times will be from eight to 11-30 sharp both days. The collection will end promptly at 11:30 both days. The service is for Vincennes residents only; photo identification will be required to prove City residence.
Acceptable items for disposal include household furniture, mattresses, large toys, carpeting tied in three foot bundles, and any appliances– not includeing refrigerators and air conditioners. Finally, pait will be accepted if it has become solid waste.
