The City of Vincennes and Van Go are working toward a set of fixed bus routes for people in Vincennes. Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum hopes the service will begin sometime in mid-October. Mayor Yochum says the planned bus stops are in convenient, well-used locations.
The fixed bus service will be free to any wishing to use it. The program is being funded by grant dollars for various levels of government.
