Two Vincennes mayors are joining together today and tomorrow to further cement a sister-city pact between Vincennes, Indiana and Vincennes, France. Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum and Vincennes, France mayor Charlotte LeBere are involved with the renewed agreement. The Vincennes, France delegation is being hosted again by Lincoln High School French teacher Bailey Hacker-Plummer. She says the 19 students who have come to Indiana are from a French private school….
Students from Vincennes France, and those from Lincoln High School, are frequent visitors to each others’ cities as part of the sister cities’ agreement.
