Washington Police arrested a Mississippi man Sunday for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Refusal, Possession of Marijuana, and Operating a Vehicle While Never Licensed.
44-year-old James Edward Hill of Bogue Chitto, Mississippi is being held on $2,000 bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
