The Amazon distribution center in the U-S 41 Industrial Park south of Vincennes continues moving at a good clip toward completion. The 170-thousand square foot “last mile” center is set for opening by the end of this year.
Vincennes Water Utilities general manager Kirk Bouchie has worked with Amazon throughout the process. He likes the fact that Amazon asked for nothing from local government before locating in Knox County. Bouchie is also thankful Amazon knows how to use their own time and resources to do the job efficiently.
The distribution center is being built diagonally across from Farbest Foods on the south end of the U-S 41 Industrial Park.
