The North Knox School Board has agreed to a plan to provide project specifics for the demolition of the North Knox East building at Edwardsport. Earlier, the Board had approved low bidder Robinson Excavation’s plan to tear down the structure.
The specifics include a seven a-m to six p-m work clock, with no work on Sundays. Other specifics include rules for salvage, asbestos removal, and other areas as needed. Corporation officials will present the specifics to Robinson Excavating; if both sides agree, the demolition can begin as early as June first.
