Knox County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Vincennes man this motning following a disturbance in the 300 block of North 16th Street.
Officers charged 33 year-old Joseph Staley with criminal confinement resulting in serious bodily injury. No details about the incident itself have been released. Staley was booked into the Knox County Jail on 25-thousand dollars bond.
