Washington Police arrested a Washington man for Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Minor and Possession of Marijuana.
18-year-old Thailan Clark is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 40-year-old Steven Garcia of Washington on a warrant for Assisting a Criminal and two counts of Obstruction of Justice.
Garcia is being held on $50,000 bond.
