The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested three people on drug related charges.
56-year-old James Choate of Washington was arrested for Conspiracy to Deal Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
37-year-old Jared Ray of Newberry and 34-year-old Paul Higgins of Odon are facing preliminary charges of Dealing in and Possession of Methamphetamine.
And 44-year-old Tara Demoss of Washington was arrested for Dealing in and Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia. All were booked into the Daviess County Security Center.
