The City of Vincennes continues its cleanup from a set of severe storms that hit the area on Sunday night. Even though it wasn’t as bad in Vincennes as elsewhere, City Street Superintendent Jeff Wood reports some scattered damage from the storms. Some downed trees were also reported on private property from the Sunday evening storm complex. Wood reminds all City residents their department is also winning and able to help haul away damaged trees and limbs.
