By Tom Zimmerman Jun 29, 2026 | 5:00 AM
A disaster reporting form is now ready for residents of Knox and four other counties to report flood or structural wind damage from Sunday night’s storms.
Residents of Knox, Daviess, Gibson, Sullivan, and Warrick Counties can visit in211.org and click on DAMAGE REPORTING to submit a report.
Those without access to the internet can dial 2-1-1 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
This is a preliminary damage assessment and not an application for assistance.
Thresholds must be met for the counties to qualify for assistance.
If assistance becomes available a different process will be put in place.
