Illinois State Police have arrested a Flat Rock suspect in the 12 year=old shooting case of a Knox County man.
According to WTYE in Robinson, Illinois State Police arrested 46-year-old Matthew Miller for First Degree Murder following an “extensive investigation.” That probe was into the shooting death of 74-year-old Norman England of Freelandville.
After a police investigation, the case was given to Special Prosecutor, David W. Rands. On July 15th, three counts of First Degree Murder were filed; then, on July 24th, authorities arrested Miller on the Illinois warrant.
Miller is being held in the Crawford County Jail. His initial court appearance is pending at this time.
