By Tom Zimmerman Aug 12, 2026 | 5:00 AM

Vincennes Community Schools has taken five bids under advisement for a planned locker room renovation at Lincoln High School.  The lowest bid among the five offers was from Tabor-Owens for just over 2.3 million dollars. The five accepted bids fell within a 500-thousand dollar range, with the highest bid at a little over 2.8 million dollars.

The bid award is in the hand of the project architect. Board members have given him the go-ahead to award the architect’s contract recommendation.  No timetable is set yet for the project’s start or completion.
