In volleyball:
The Lincoln High School volleyball team defeated Pike Central in three sets, 25-5, 25-22, and 25-14. Hadley Piper had 10 points and 12 assists in the match. Hope Hambrick added nine kills, while Marlo Thomas scored 15 assists. The Lady Alices move to 3-0 on the year.
In soccer:
South Knox moves to `-0 with a 2-1 victory over Evansville Christian. Two goals from Levi Loundermilk reversed a 1-0 deficit to give the Spartans the victory at home.
In tennis:
South Knox defeated South Spencer 5-0. Winners included Reid Hall, Layne Hays, and Austin Laue in singles, along with the doubles teams of Cooper Neal and Maddox Sargent, and Ethan York and Owen Robinson.
In Junior High sports:
The Clark Middle School 7th grade defeated Gibson Southern 22=14. Tylsn Allen led on the ground with 97 yards, while going 5 for 10 passing for 79 yards and one score. The other touchdown was made by Bryson Muranaka.
