The Triple A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana on Tuesday was $3.57 per gallon, 2¢ lower than Monday and 50¢ lower than Tuesday’s national average of $4.07 per gallon.
It was also 19¢ higher than a month ago, and 37¢ higher than a year ago. Vincennes prices are holdimg the line right now, with many places still stelling unleaded gas for under 3-40 a gallon.
Meanwhile Triple-A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana on Tuesday was $5.52 a gallon, $1.70 higher than a year ago.
And the average EV charging price in Indiana on Tuesday was 43¢ per kilowatt hour, the same as Monday and 1¢ higher than Tuesday’s national average.
