The University of Evansville is making it easier for Illinois community college students to finish a bachelor’s degree.

UE has partnered with Illinois Eastern Community Colleges — Frontier in Fairfield, Lincoln Trail in Robinson, Olney Central in Olney, and Wabash Valley in Mt. Carmel.

Students who complete an associate degree with at least a 2.5 GPA are guaranteed admission, plus scholarships starting at $20,000 a year — up to $30,000 depending on GPA.

Some programs, including music, theatre, nursing, engineering and computer science, have extra requirements.
