Indiana National Guard Testing Highway Assistance Program

      The Indiana National Guard has concluded its winter weather response, which included establishing 24 highway assistance teams in central and southern Indiana.
      The teams provided aid along various highways, assisting 87 vehicles and transporting 16 stranded drivers.
      No serious injuries were reported among Guard personnel.
      Approximately 300 Indiana National Guard soldiers and airmen supported state agencies during the winter weather response.
