Bicknell Road is now re-opened, following a emergency pipe stabilization closure. Earlier this week, the road was closed from Evans Road to Summers Road.
However, a future closure of that part of the Bicknell-Wheatland Slab will happen for a pipe replacement. Knox County Highway Department officials assure everyone there will be advance notice given when the closure will happen.
