The Pike County Prosecutor has filed five counts of Possession of Child Pornography against a Petersburg man.
The charges were filed on Monday against 52-year-old Jason Potts.
The prosecutor’s office says the charges stem from the forensic examination of a cell phone seized from Potts during a prior arrest in April for Child Solicitation.
Five videos were found on the phone allegedly depicting sexual abuse of children under the age of 12.
One video depicted sexual conduct involving a child and a dog.
