Police say a Jasper woman died Wednesday night when an intoxicated driver veered left of center into the path of her vehicle on State Road 64 in Dubois County.
Dead is 36-year-old Dana Strohmeyer.
Two juveniles in Stohmeyer’s vehicle were transported to Deaconess Memorial Hospital.
The driver of the other vehicle, 37-year-old Nathan Simpson of Evanston, is charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Resulting in Death.
Authorities say additional charges are expected as the investigation continues.
