The Triple A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana on Tuesday was $3.41 per gallon, 75¢ lower than Tuesday’s national average of $4.16 per gallon.
It is also $1.03 lower than a month ago, and 41¢ higher than a year ago. In Vincennes, gas prices are starting to decline back toward the state average—with some places now selling gas below 3-60 a gallon.
Meanwhile Triple-A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana on Tuesday was $5.63 a gallon, $2.11 higher than a year ago.
And the average EV charging price in Indiana on Tuesday was 43¢ per kilowatt hour, still a penny higher than Tuesday’s national average.
