The City of Vincennes has made a change to its yard waste collection policy. Effective now, City sanitation crews will no longer collect yard waste in stickered bags. Bags of leaves, grass clippings, branches, and other yard debris will not be collected with regular trash disposal. The adjustment was mandated to the City by Vincennes’ waste disposal provider.
All yard waste will be collected separately by the Vincennes Street Department. Those needing yard waste disposal must schedule a collection through the Vincennes Street Department by calling 812-885-2520.
