Vincennes Residence Fire Under Investigation

A Vincennes fire is still under investigation at a home in the 100-block of North 21^st Street.

Firemen responded to a report of possible smoke-based haze in four homes in that area. Fire crews feel the haze may have been aftermath of Sunday’s severe weather.  At the time, the power was out to the homes; once restored, a fire was reported at 104 North 21^st.

The cause of the first is still undetermined. The case is under review by the Indiana Fire Marshal.  No damage estimate was provided.
