The Vincennes Redevelopment Commission has heard an update on plans for Richard Bauer Drive. Vincennes City Engineer John Sprague told the R-D-C that the road upgrades will have an estimated two million dollars to complete.
Sprague hopes to have detailed improvement plans available by the end of the year, with actual work next year. That will allow the future work to qualify as part of the City’s Community Crossings Matching Grant application.
Vincennes Community Schools is among those that will be affected by any future work there. Sprague is working with the schools on various plans concerning connecting driveways and other Corporation concerns.
