An Otwell man is facing a charge of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated after attempting to drive through floodwaters on State Road 64 in Gibson County.
The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says 57-year-old Ryan Powell was taken into custody after he drove past the high-water barricades and into the high water.
