Beef projects will highlight Day Three of the annual Knox County Fair. Fair activities are featured through Saturday at the Knox County Fairgrounds in Bicknell.
Other contests include the Cat Show in the Farm Bureau building, as well as the Goat Show in the Show Barn. Both of those happen this afternoon. Watermelon activities start at six in the V-U Pavilion, with an A-T-V Rodeo featured tonight in the Grandstand.
Admission is five dollars per person, with free admission to the Grandstand.
