Vincennes Has Full Salt Supply– But May Lack reserve Salt If Needed

The City of Vincennes has a full supply of street-clearing salt at this time—but probably will have trouble getting any more.  That is the word from City Street Superintendent Jeff Wood.   Wood says to this point, the current supply of salt has dried up.

Vincennes officials feel the City will be OK with what they have, unless this winter is more severe than normal.  Further, the problem is not just here—the salt shortage is affecting many other communities across Indiana this year.
