Cassandra Benson, 34, Vincennes

Cassandra Rose “Catiller” Jensen, age 34, of Vincennes, Indiana, passed away on August 30, 2026, in Vincennes, Indiana. She was born on December 30, 1991, in Vincennes, Indiana, and lived her life with a warmth and kindness that touched everyone who knew her.

 

Cassandra  built a life centered on family, love, and hard work. She worked at Cash-n-Dash, where she took pride in her work and formed meaningful connections with those around her. She loved her job and approached each day with a positive spirit and a caring heart. Her presence was a bright spot to coworkers, friends, and customers alike.

 

Above all else, Cassandra cherished her family. She is survived by her husband, Paul Jensen of Plainfield, Indiana; her two sons, Hunter Dean Catiller and Jasper Thomas Kirgan; her two daughters, Jaylee Lydia Rose Catiller and Brenna Elise Kirgan; her step-son, Paxton Jensen; her step-daughter, May’sey Jensen; her mother, Lynda “Phillips” Risley; her brothers, Shannon Catiller of Vincennes, Indiana, and Christian Catiller of Vincennes, Indiana; her sister, Tori Catt of Vincennes, Indiana; and several uncles, aunts, and cousins. She adored her stepchildren and loved spending time with her nieces & nephews, bringing joy and laughter wherever she went. Cassandra was known as a joy to be around and had a special way of bringing a smile to everyone’s faces.

 

She was preceded in death by her father, Shannon Catiller, both her paternal and maternal grandparents, and others. Though her passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of those who loved her, her memory will remain a source of comfort and strength to her family and friends.

 

Cassandra attended the Wabash Community Church, where her faith and fellowship were an important part of her life. She will be remembered for her loving nature, her cheerful personality, and the genuine care she showed to others. Her family and friends will forever hold close the many memories of her laughter, her kindness, and the light she brought into their lives.

 

Cassandra Rose “Catiller” Jensen will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who were blessed to know her. Her life, though far too short, was filled with love, devotion, and the lasting impact of her beautiful spirit.

 

A visitation will be held on Monday, September 7, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Fredrick and Son Funeral Home, Vincennes Chapel. A service will follow at 3:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Cody Ramsay. Burial at Memorial Park Cemetery will be at a later date.
