In Volleyball:
The Rivet Lady Patriots lost in three sets to the Princeton Lady Tigers. Princeton took the match 25-16, 25-18, and 25-15.
Jocelyn Thacker led with 8 kills for Rivet, while Kaley Hawkins added five. Piper Lewis scored 9 service points, while Addison Fuller tallied 8 digs.
In Soccer:
Vincennes Lincoln defeated West Vigo 5-3 last night. Sophia Cleghorn led with two goals, with single tallies from JJ Riggs, Brinley Catt, and Brylee Quinett.
Wood Memorial will score four goals in the first 20 minutes, and defeat North Knox 7-1. Chloe Stolz scored six o the seven for the Lady Trojans; the lone North Knox goal was from a penalty kick by Hannah Wendell.
In tennis:
South Knox knocked off Princeton 5-0. The Spartans got wins from Reid Hall, Layne Hays, and Austin Laue in singles, and the doubles teams of Ethan Cook and Cooper Neal, and Owen Robinson and Caleb True.
It was a tough night for Vincennes Lincoln tennis, as they fall 5-0 to Evansvile North.
