The Indiana Department of Transportation will hold winter seasonal hiring events in September and October across the state.
Seasonal positions run November through late March, with pay starting at $21 an hour for full-time work and $25 an hour for on-call snowplow duty.
Duties include highway maintenance and snow and ice removal. A valid CDL is required.
In INDOT’s Southwest District, hiring events will be held Tuesday, October 6th, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Paoli, Evansville, and Tell City offices.
