The Vincennes Township Fire Department continues its investigation into a Friday night house fire on Old US 41 South.
One firefighter was treated on scene for a heat related issue and a dog died in the home.
The two-story home sustained heavy smoke and fire damage.
Fire units responded to the fire around 8:00 p.m. Saturday.
Firefighters from Vincennes Township, Vincennes City and Johnson Township were on scene for over four hours.
