In soccer:
The South Knox Spartans triumpied over White RiverValley 4-0. Levi Loudermilk scored his second three-goal effort of the year in the win, with Tucker Mahan scoring the other Spartan tally. South Knox is now 8-3-2 on the season.
In tennis:
South Knox shut out Pike Central 5-0. Winners include singles players Layne Hays, Ethan Cook, and Cooper Neal, and the doubles teams of Reid Hall and Maddos Sargent, and Caleb True and Owen Robinson. The Spartans go to 15-4 with the win.
In cross country:
Vincennes Lincoln was second in a six-team meet at Edgewood. Brown County win the meet, with the Alices as runner-up. Gage Williams led three L-H-S runners in the top ten in themeet.
In middle school sports:
The Clark Middle School sixth grade A and B volleyball teams defeated North Knox last night. Th3e 6-A won over the Lady Warriors 25-12 and 25-15, with the 6-B team winning 25-14 and 25-18.
Brooylynn Mundy led the North Knox cross country team to a four-teem triumph yesterday. Mundy led a top-five North Knox finish with school record of 12:36. North Knox also won in their four-team matchup, with Caleb Nettles the top Warrior performer with a third place finish.
