Knox County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Martinsville man yesterday following a call to a home near Oaktown.
Officers charged 26 year-old Timothy Tinsley with battery resulting in serikous bodily injury. He is also charged with theft and interference in reporting a crime.
Tinsley is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail.
